PRICES
Prices are effective through 31 December 2011. Prices listed in catalog are for current delivery. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
PAYMENT TERMS
Purchase Order transactions are payable net 30 day. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
SHIPPING & HANDLING

To ensure prompt delivery please place your order as early as possible.

The customer pays shipping and handling fees. For standard ground delivery an 10% shipping and handling fee or $10.00 whichever is greater will apply within the continental 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii deliveries may incur additional charges. Special, expedited, international and oversea deliveries may also incur additional fees.

SALES TAX
California customers must add their appropriate city or county sales tax unless a tax exemption number is provided.

All other states should provide their tax exemption number, however sales tax may not apply.

RETURNS & DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Material should be examined upon receipt of shipment. Any damaged materials or discrepancy must be reported within 15 days of the date of shipment by calling 866-348-7234 (press 1 for customer service).

Materials may be returned within ten months of invoice date if in unmarked, unused, and salable condition. Stamped books are not returnable. Prior authorization must be obtained for all returns. Please provide a written request or call the customer service department 866-348-7234 for instructions. To ensure the proper and timely crediting of your account, please reference your Current Publishing invoice number, title, price and quantity of books returned. The customer will assume all risks and expenses for the return of purchased material in accordance with Current Publishing Corp's practices and procedures.

For reseller orders shipped directly to the reseller's final customer, any return must originate from the reseller's final customer and not from the reseller.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply on products returned after 120 days of shipment.

Current Publishing Corp. cannot be responsible for any losses or damage in return shipments and suggests to the customer to insure parcel post shipments.

EXAMINATION COPIES
Examination copies of books may be requested except for certain restricted titles. This request should include requestor?s current position, expected enrollment of course in question and an approximate date of purchase decision.
