Material should be examined upon receipt of shipment. Any damaged materials or discrepancy must be reported within 15 days of the date of shipment by calling 866-348-7234 (press 1 for customer service).
Materials may be returned within ten months of invoice date if in unmarked, unused, and salable condition. Stamped books are not returnable. Prior authorization must be obtained for all returns. Please provide a written request or call the customer service department 866-348-7234 for instructions. To ensure the proper and timely crediting of your account, please reference your Current Publishing invoice number, title, price and quantity of books returned. The customer will assume all risks and expenses for the return of purchased material in accordance with Current Publishing Corp's practices and procedures.
For reseller orders shipped directly to the reseller's final customer, any return must originate from the reseller's final customer and not from the reseller.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply on products returned after 120 days of shipment.
Current Publishing Corp. cannot be responsible for any losses or damage in return shipments and suggests to the customer to insure parcel post shipments. |
